The person who handle the call was useless. He only asked questions of what he needed and when I asked him to give me information on the case he just shut me down with few words and didn't really give me any useful information and he also quickly hanged the phone with out asking and waiting for me to ask him any further questions. I'm very disappointed. At least gain information before making a call so you could be helpfull. Really Discussed.
