Nightmare with this company. Two aspects need to improve : 1) accuracy in the legal document (wrong in those basic info like DOB, car gear type, date..etc in the legal statement but seems"Unwilling" to correct it. instead, this company had been repeatedly sending reminder emails to request me to sign the incorrect statement in every midnight for 2 months).. 2)Another aspect is the responsibility of those senior grade officers in this draft statement company(i was a non fault driver in a car accident case, during taking the statement for the accident happened in two years ago, the Officer "G" in this company seems too prejudged in my case and declared to me that I have the responsibilty to pay the hired vehicle fee(over 10000£), but that is not the true and the fact. The worst is officer G refused to further explain and make clarification. She made me anxiety and insomnia over one month. Fortunately, it was proved that I no need to pay that fee upon legal consultation with the lawyer of the car insurance company. )
