Awful customer service. I ordered a complete gym kit that included a press-up board, resistance bands, handles, and a bar, but only the press-up board arrived. When I pointed this out, they offered a condescending 15% discount, making it seem like a generous gesture! I don't want a discount; I want the rest of my order! I've requested a full refund, but I'm not optimistic after reading other reviews. I wish I had checked those first!
