I would give zero stars if possible. This company is terrible. DO NOT USE THEM. Products are delayed as they are shipped from overseas, despite their claims of 4-6 day delivery. The quality of the items is appalling. The coat I bought was faulty, and even after sending a video of the issue, they refused to take responsibility and violated their own return policy. The emails I received were just a way to avoid accountability. They provided an incomplete return address and insisted I pay for the return without offering a refund, despite the product being faulty. They claimed items were delivered in good condition, so they wouldn’t refund me. Truly a terrible company—AVOID THEM.
