I ordered two novelty sleeping bags for my granddaughters at a cost of £84. They were not as promised on the website, with poor stitching. One had a small hole on the character's face, and the colors had run onto the zip and other materials. There was no stuffing between the layers. I tried hard to get my money back, but it ended up being a frustrating back-and-forth via email. In the end, I had to keep the sleeping bags as toys with only a 30% refund. Stay far away from this company; they are selling rubbish.
