Edit: I still believe it's a scam. I called and got their voicemail. I left a message and no one ever called me back. More hoops to continue to jump through. How can they say they can't find my account when they can find it to bill me each month?! I found by subscribing to RocketMoney that they could cancel for me. How could a third party find the account info that the vendor couldn't find? I'm still out $60 but shouldn't get charged again (probably?).Original post:It's a scam.
