The furnace in my 1995 Lance camper started squealing the last few trips and then died with a shriek. I checked with the Lance dealer I've seen for years, but they're under new management. No service for anything over 10 years old. My camper is old, but she's in great shape! They suggested State Trailer. State said bring it in, tomorrow. They replaced the furnace motor the same day. I was considering doing it myself, but my wife said to let the pros handle it. I'm glad, because the duct work was labor intensive. I also said, maybe replace a few other parts like sail switch and control board while the unit is pulled? State said, nope, that's all you need. These guys did a great job. Now my dog doesn't howl when the furnace comes on!
