Do NOT buy from these people!I had nothing but trouble since mid-December. 24+ emails later and I was FINALLY (third week of January, a month later!) given a part-store credit for the original faulty cable from December and a substantial refund for items which would not be manufactured and ready for shipping until mid-February!I thought that I was "safe" when I saw the refund in my account, and so placed a fresh order with my store credit paying the balance from my bank nearly two weeks ago. And today the refund has disappeared! No goods, no money. Out and out theft.
