My experience with ordering my gift from the "Statuegift" has been very good. Throughout the whole process there has been great communication with the vendor regarding my order. I recommend paying extra for shipping to make sure you get your order sooner than later. I would buy it again.
I have received 2 statues from this company. The first one so resembled my brother in law that my sister had to move it from the mantle as she felt her husband was watching her all day! The second was of my grandson and while it seems to be more difficult to capture a youngster’s face, the master artisans did it! They truly listen to your suggested corrections and make them if you clearly describe what is not quite right. They are patient and attentive. It is so worth it to pay more for the master artists. And when the product is done in a timely matter it comes superbly packed. Great company with wonderful support.
The statue I ordered from Statuegift was perfect. It looked just like the person, in the picture, I sent them. It took a couple of revisions but the end result was exactly what I was looking for. After I placed my order, they were quick to send me a proof of the head of the statue and they were quick to respond to the requests I made for revisions. I would definitely purchase another statue in the future.
Started working with this company late in the first week of December trying to get a gift for Christmas from China to the United States. Incredibly happy with the fast turnaround , even with needing a few revisions, and very efficient shipping. My finished statue arrived at my home a full week before Christmas despite the late start . High quality product, very polite and responsive staff. This was a wonderful experience and I was very impressed.
