The first pair I purchased failed, and now the warranty replacement has failed as well. At this point, it’s clear the product just isn’t built to last.One of the most frustrating issues is that the headphones don’t disconnect from my phone when I put them in the case. I’ve had to manually disconnect them every single time, which completely defeats the purpose of having “true wireless” earbuds with auto-off features. For a premium-priced product, this is unacceptable.The support experience was just as disappointing. It took three days of back-and-forth emails before I was finally told that I would need to buy a new pair because they wouldn’t stand behind their own product. No meaningful troubleshooting, no real warranty consideration — just a shrug and a suggestion to spend more money.I genuinely wanted to like these headphones, but between the repeated failures and a company unwilling to support their customers, I cannot recommend the 3ANC to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
