I’ve had the over head and ear buds for almost a year (they’re brilliant) I recently had a connectivity issue with my right ear bud charging.After not being able to fix I got in touch, within a matter of hours I’d had multiple replies and replacements for both.Up there with the best customer service I’ve experienced!
