1st time around, they were a pleasure to deal with, and the product, Between3 ANC, were absolutely top-shelf. I come from big niche brands with price tags to match, and Status' buds exceeded those. If that wasn't a good enough experience, a few weeks ago, someone swiped my buds from the tray at Sydney airport security, and I'd made a passing comment on Status' FB post. An absolute legend from their team reached out to me, and offered to replace them, at a discount! They prioritised my replacement and were bloody little rippers to deal with the whole way through.
