Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I purchased my headphones along with an extended 2yr warranty in August of 2023. Have had zero problems and have been happy with the headphones themselves. My right headphone has been distorted for about the last 10 days and clearly needs replacement. I am now on my 5th email of “troubleshooting” with them. I just got an email last night to send them a video of my headphones as to why they are not working. How exactly is a video going to prove that?! This is hands down the worst customer service and they are trying to not honor the warranty that I paid for
