I recently bought a set of fancy earbuds from Status Audio and, unfortunately, one of them was faulty. I reached out to the Customer Service team at Status and was, honestly, not expecting much help. To the contrary, the team at Status was very responsive and walked me through a few procedures to try to fix the issue on my own. All this while I was on vacation and without my receipt or other transaction information.In the end, they shipped the replacement set of earbuds to me before my vacation had concluded.
