My buds were not delivered. Somehow the address (unit number change) for both shipping and billing did not get updated. Since this was likely my error, I was just going to reorder and contacted Status to see if I could get the same discount. Surprisingly they provided another pair with no questions! I wasn’t expecting that response, and it goes without saying that Customer Service is outstanding.I’ve ordered several Ear Buds from Status in the past and although I’m no audiophile, they have been fantastic. Highly recommended for tremendous service and a great product!
