Problem running cards for my customers. Ran the card, customers phone said it was paid, stax said commerror. This happened 2 days in a row. I called Stax, got an answering service, she sent me to tech support. Waited on hold for almost an hour after the robot told me I was 1st in Q. I finally hung up. I have work to do and my time is valuable to me. I spent approx. 10 minutes online trying to find a contact. Sent an email through their complaint. The thing says sent and someone will call you in 1-2 days! Try telling my customer I don't have their payment but the $ may be gone from their account and I can't reach anyone to check out the problem. Someone did call back later that afternoon but told me she'd have to research this and she would also send an email so we could find out why the machine was giving a commError. Never did get the email for that. She called today to tell me what I already knew. This customer service is unacceptable for a business that requires payment at the time of service.The constructive part of this is the girl was very nice.
