Absolutely diabolical!Im a landlord of over 25 years in London and had to act as guarantor for my daughter last year and this year.Totally incompetent last year. I had to complete it no less than three times as they kept telling me I hadn't completed then I had but sent it to the wrong place etc. A total nightmare.This year imagine my horror when I had the same agent, Sofia D’Alessio conducting the process., firstly saying I need to complete the application, then telling me I had, then telling me to forward more info, then 'instructing' ( yes 'instructing' )me to resend somewhere else I had enough and told them not to contact me again.I have dealt with letting agents as a landlord for over 25 years and this agent is the most incompetent I have ever come across. Wouldn't last 5 minutes in London.Avoid like the plague!
