I successfully stayed at Rixos Premium Tekirova Hotel in Kemer Antalya via stayforless booking. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking in their system. I called the customer service of stayforless and stayed on the line for 3 hours. Lots of emails back end forth. In the end they managed to book another room at the hotel without charging us additionally. My recommendation to anyone who is planning to use stayforless to call the hotel ~48 hours in advance to verify the reservation beforehand. Then you would have enough time to resolve issues. They provide lower rates and their system is mostly using other brokers and suppliers. I am sure most of the system is depending on manual email and phone calls. Hence there are issues. In the end you get what you pay for.
