I wish I could leave a negative stars because I would… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! I booked a room for the weekend at embassy suites in Cary NC, I received a confirmation email with detailed information regarding our stay. I called the hotel on our way to see if we could check in earlier….. No reservation in my name… they asked for my reservation number… Nothing found. I call this crappy company and they assured me it would be fixed in an hour… fast forward 4 hours later after being in the lobby talking to the staff who was kinda treating me like they thought I was trying to scam them for a room, which was a horrible and frustrating experience. I get a email saying it was a computer glitch on their end sorry you will get a refund….. ARE YOU SERIOUS. I wasted hours to just be told sorry I’ll give you your money back, but still leaves us nowhere to stay is just unacceptable. I hope and pray I get my money back…. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM STAYFORLESS.COM OR ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Razvan is the guy who lied to me all day. Then I spoke with Jamie who was no help whatsoever!!!!
