I sent multiple messages to Staylisted to request they cancel their services. I was unable to get anyone to respond via phone or email. Since I couldn't get anyone to respond, I called my bank and had them block the charges. Only after I blocked the charges did they finally reach out. At that point I sent them copies of the emails I had sent previously requesting cancellation. Now I find out they sent those blocked charges to collections. I would like those charges removed and the collections actions withdrawn.
