James was really helpful on the phone, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, and provided a thorough service sorting out an awkward problem with a door that wouldn’t lock. He explained what he was doing, fixed the issue and his call out charge was very reasonable. He reassured me that if I have any further issues he will come straight back out.
