This is the second time I have stayed at this Mainsail Orlando property. I have always been highly impressed with the Mainsail personnel I have dealt with - both in arranging my temporary apartment and also during my occupancy of apartments. Excellent customer service is indeed something I have repeatedly experienced in dealing with Mainsail. No question is too small for them to quickly answer. When my mail box key for my current apartment was not working, a duplicate key was cut and ready within hours. I am currently on a multi-month occupancy and Mainsail graciously allowed me to leave clothes and food in the apartment during a two-day lag between my occupancy lease periods. That was certainly something they did not have to allow, yet it demonstrates the exceptional customer service I have experienced. I would definitely use the services of Mainsail again in the future and would heartily recommend this company and the apartment complex I am using.
