I did not like the increase in my premium over last year of €82. But, I suppose that was to be expected ,I did not like the fact that having made a request by phone to renew my policy there was a €179 difference and so I had to do it online to bring the price down after spending about half an hour on the phone to a living person who will probably not get commission. I bet you tell all your customers it’s cheaper to do it online ! ? Anyway, I hope I do not have to call upon my insurance !
