The lady I spoke to initiallydid t seem tobe at all clear with the info she was giving me. I didn't have confidence in her and yet shee tild me I was confusing her! Not impresive. She then wanted mé to purchasethe policy and rushme off the phone.i agreed to buy the policy but on reading it I just had a question and rang back staysure. The person I spoke to on this occassion just tried to rush me through and get me off thr phone again. It seems no time is spent clárifying things with the cliént, only sell products and make cash. And still i didnt have clarity! Then I rang for the 3rd time and at last had confidence and clarity together with profesionalism and friendliness. I was not rushed off the phone. The lady who I spoke to on this occassion was called Sunita and put your other 2 members to shame. Thank you Sunita
