I am very dissapointed. I am currently on my trip and I have sadly got an injury that I want to look up. I sent an email to Staysure at Friday. Today is Tuesday. At the contact information it clearly says that you will get a response within 48h. Those hours has passed. Therefore I am trying to create a profile and log in to see if I can get some answers on my questions since I have to visit a hospital and do an MRI due to the injury in the knee that I have. I can't create a profile at the page because it says that the postcode is incorrect which it isn't. Therefore I contact the customer service in the chat and explain the situation. The person there want me to confirm the things that I have already confirmed and tell me: "I'm sorry, I cannot check it from my end."
"I'm sorry, regarding the expat policies, please reach out to +34 952 010 024 or expat...staysure" I have already sent the email there for several days ago with all my information regarding the insurance and what the issue is. I explain that I don't have the possibility to call now and therefore I am contacing you guys in the chat and through mail. This isn't serious and with an insurance as expensive as it was, I expect better service. I want someone to contact me so I can get the help that I have paid for. Thank you
