Steadily wrote my insurance for the wrong residence type. I caught it and notified them. They told me my only options were to cancel the incorrect policy and pay the early cancellation fee or keep the incorrect policy and then be denied if I ever needed to file a claim. Now, steadily has canceled my policy and they are unwilling to make any concessions or issue a refund of the $150 broker fee. All this for an error on their part.
