Avoid this company! Dealing with them is exactly what you would expect from a two bit hustler. I submitted my paperwork before finding out that it was for a payment processing loan for 39% interest plus thousands in fees. Half the loan was all fees. I thanked them and said I wasn't interested in that type of product or interest rate. End of story, or so I thought. The text continued asking how much interest I would like to pay and that they would work with me, all of which I ignored AND THEY STILL CONTINUE TO SUBMIT MY APPLICATION TO OTHER LENDERS AFTER THEY WERE TOLD I WASNT INTERESTED. I then called them after receiving numerous turndowns asking why they were still shotgunning my app after being told not too. They said they didn't but the banks were kind enough to verify that they had and that they also use the name ATYG Capital. Stay away from people like this. A loan shark is a better class of people then these guys are. At least you know what your dealing with upfront. They won't be around for the long the way they do business!
