I got banned for something I didn't do. Now reading the comments here, it seems that happens quite a lot. They don't answer my support ticket (it's been over 1 year, why do you offer that option when you don't even read them?).Just give the games to your friends or other people you know, avoid this platform. Wasted time and money.
