We visited the showroom on Saturday 18th October to buy a car for one of our children. We found 2 cars we were interested in and asked for details of both. Initially, we spoke to Andrew re the cars and he was very helpful. We went away to look at other cars and when we returned Andrew was busy with other buyers so he asked one of his colleagues to help us further rather than keep us waiting. Chris was very helpful and informative, we were not pressurised in any way shape or form. He answered all of our questions and made the whole process of buying a car so much easier. We felt valued as customers and because they were busy we appreciated their care and respect so that we were not kept waiting. We returned 9 days later to collect the car and was met by Chris as we walked through the door. He was professional, polite, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Amy, in accounts, was also very helpful in the week between buying and collecting the car.Great team effort.
