The stark question from that era was this: Did one particular tenant's unchecked actions shorten Damien's life? Fast-forward to my recent nightmare at Peartree House—capped by a brutal assault and illegal eviction on Monday, November 3, 2025—and I am now laying out the unvarnished case: Yes, Damien's life was prematurely cut short by that tenant's toxic behavior, and Stef & Phillips systematically buried the evidence to shield their bottom line at the expense of vulnerable residents like us.
