What I would like to know is how can their website spout such lies so as to give people the illusion that they have their tenants at heart. My son is one of their tenants. He lives in a room no bigger than a bathroom and no window. He has been there for 2 years. His mental health is getting worse. There was a leak 4 months ago. No insurance to pay for loses. Still to damp proof and paint. They don't care. All they are interested in is the money they are making every month from the stupid council who allow for it!!!!
