It is shocking that they are not out of business by now and shocking that the local councils, Westminster in my case, engages with them at all. I live next to one building "managed" by them and it is one thing after another. All of the complaints below and more. Rubbish dumps, unrepairs, drainage system leaks, antisocial behavious, you name it. I have reported the issues on the phone, via their website (they usually just hung up :-) and via my local council. They just dont give a damn. Or they say they say they will fix it and months later still unrepaired. Just to think they are paid with our tax money....
