The other reviewer was absolutely right. Now I know why. Poor quality hardware = drive failure = data loss.After hearing about the incident, I couldn't risk losing my world. I wasn't affected by the incident, but I rather not take any more chances with this host. I didn't lose data, but I better be safe than sorry. So I cancelled my server. I moved my server off this host to a more reliable host and they transferred everything for me over night.Also the little blips of downtime on STEL are not only annoying but worrying. Every downtime makes my community anxious. We don't know if something bad happens. The hardware is fine, but the networking not so much. I heard from my players that the server networking is just terrible. Some players have massive delays opening chests where it takes 10 seconds for the click to register.Data loss is much worse than downtime. If anyone argues to me, "wELL, yOu sHoULd oF tAkEn BaCkuPs."Oh please, stop d***riding STEL. That's supposed to be the provider's responsibility. I'm not paying for incompetence. I honestly want a peace of mind.
