The service is slow in addressing inquiries and sending book copies. I had to wait until it was available on another platform. Unfortunately, I couldn't obtain my book directly. I purchased it at full price elsewhere, but the print quality was very light. It takes about 14 days for a book to arrive from that platform. I'm quite disappointed with the service.
