After a rocky beginning Stellar Energy have done the right thing, accepted thing do and have gone wrong and are doing something about it, using a simple 5 letter word Sorry is not that difficult to say and they have done so, due to a lack of communication I was frustrated regarding my claim for assistance over a period of several months, it has been explained to me that their system failed them and they accept opportunities were sadly missed and things could have been handled a lot better when I reached out to them but again they have fully accepted errors were made. I want to make it very clear I have rewritten my review because Stellar Energy accepted they were at fault and apologized and have assured me they will adapt and improve. I did not accept any financial reward to rewrite this review. After speaking in an open, honest and courteous call from the managing director I will be staying on Stellar Energy books for when grant become available in the future.I do hope the challenges in the future can be overcome by Stellar energy, I am assured what had been a negative experience can be used as learning experience to prevent it happening again, Hopefully all future experiences will be positive ones.
