These guys are as dodgy and unreliable as they come. I purchased a 2014 Skoda Rapid 1.6 CR TDI DSG off them, as on the test drive it drove well and I was reassured by the 3 Month warranty. However after a month the car was driving like a dog. Had it diagnosed with fault codes for: Clutch 1 worn below tolerance, Coolant pump B failure and a problem with injector 4. Contacted them (Took 2 days to be able to talk to anyone who could help) and got asked to bring the car in. Did this, had to arrange alternative travel and collected the car after 5PM the same day. Guy who gave me the keys couldn't tell me what had been done as he hadn't dealt with it (See the theme here?). Rang back in the morning to be told the car drove absolutely perfectly and there was nothing wrong with it, despite even providing them with the fault codes. Basically a big middle finger to me. Had to flog the car to webuyanycar for almost a 1k loss as the repairs were in excess of 3k! Avoid avoid avoid.
