Initially, the staff were welcoming and communication was clear. The care on the treatment day was commendable, but the aftercare has declined. Unfortunately, my dog has not recovered well post-treatment. What we assumed was soreness turned out to be a serious issue, and his ability to walk worsened significantly right after the procedure. The team informed us of a major problem with his hip that might require surgery. After discussion, we opted for treatments that included PRP and Arthramid. Unfortunately, we later learned that Arthramid should not be used before hip surgery, which could compromise outcomes. The clinic admitted they were unaware of this risk at the time. Although they have since updated their protocols, it doesn't help my dog now. I regret not going to a specialist clinic initially. It's crucial to research thoroughly before committing to treatments and understand the associated risks. While the team was kind, this treatment did not work for us.
