Booked premium Cairnryan /Belfast. There was no text or message outwards alerting me to delay, just a cryptic text saying my 'retimed' booking was on time? Only found out at the port. Delay also on return.
The Stena Plus lounge food outward was OK but didn't compare to previous offerings. The return food offering was an insult. Stale croissant and lumps of oatcakes. No yoghurt, nothing else except usual cereals. Very poor.
Pet cabin was good though. Staff helpful.
