It was a very informative. Tony was extremely helpful. He explained the next steps and sent me a checklist of all documents required. My claim was then transferred to an Account Rep. who contacted and sent me their findings and report prior to submitting it to the IRS. I found the process entire process to straightforward and relatively easy. So far, so good. Now, I wait.
