What seemed like a simple sale took over four months to complete! With no chain on either side, and first-time buyers with great credit and a mortgage ready, it was frustrating. I often found myself on hold for long periods, and the case solicitor was hard to reach. It’s concerning how such a straightforward purchase could drag on this long, particularly with a lack of updates and clarity.
