The service was decent, but personally, I wouldn't recommend or use them again. On the positive side, they responded quickly for their limited working days. However, the inability to locate my medical records made me feel suspicious, despite having parking receipts to prove my attendance. They were also lacking in handling out-of-pocket expenses, costing me over a thousand pounds.
