I have thoroughly enjoyed working for step teachers. 4 years on and still able to get work and know that I am always supported. Rachel(plymouth) has been brilliant to work for, not only has she made sure i have had shifts, and always keeping me updated with my positive feedback from schools, she has been someone that I can also talk to and confide in. Her positive laughter has deffinetly kept me going especially in shifts that maybe havent been as pleasant as one would like. Many thanks Step Teachers especially Rachel :)
