I want to share my experience with Sterling Law regarding an immigration matter. Communication during my case was challenging, and I often had to follow up multiple times to receive responses.
At the start, I provided all the requested documents, but I continued receiving requests for additional documents over several weeks. This made the process longer and more stressful than I expected. My assigned lawyer, Anna Shvetsova, handled the case, but I felt that things could have been organized more efficiently from the beginning.
I also shared my financial details early in the process, but just before submitting the application, a concern about finances was raised. I would have appreciated having this flagged earlier so I could prepare properly.
Overall, my experience was slower and more stressful than I had hoped. This is my personal experience, and I would encourage others to explore their options carefully when seeking immigration support
