I inherited a 20 year old softener when I moved into my home and thought it to be a good idea to have it serviced.I was concerned that whoever turned up would have a look, go "tut-tut" and tell me that my softener needed replacing.That was exactly the opposite of what happened.Simon turned up and was very professional, very friendly and very honest. All tests showed that there was nothing wrong with my softener and he did the service for me; I am now scheduled for annual services.It is nice in this day and age to find someone who is honest and won't give you a hard sell and try to sell you something that you do not need.I 100% recommend this company
