I was looking for an automatic AI video generator, and while talking to the support agent Ashik, we spent an entire day analyzing the possibilities. At the end of the day, I went ahead and purchased the subscription.However, it took two days for the feature (audio-to-video) to be activated. I ran some tests, always consulting with Ashik, but I didn’t like the results — it didn’t meet my expectations — so I requested a refund.They told me it would take 7 to 14 days to process the refund, but it’s now been 4 weeks and nothing has happened. After the initial period passed, I received the following message:Fabio,Sorry about the refund delay.
