Really disappointed with the customer service.I ordered a page of faux leather boots last summer and after only 30 wears the plastic was peeling off all over them.I reached out to STEVE MADDEN through the contact page on the website to ask if I could receive a discount code to buy a new pair of a similar style. They offered me the same discount code as what one would get if they just go to the website and subscribe to email marketing.I responded telling them that and how I felt disappointed by what they were offering me. The customer service rep who replied to me was extremely passive aggressive in a friendly "thanks for choosing Steve Madden! Have a great day!" way and didn't even acknowledge anything I was saying. It was infuriating as a customer.Don't purchase products from this unsustainable company.
