Great communications throughout. The package ( their basic kit watch) arrived in UK as promised and once I assembled it ( it took a while to do that and as it was a first assembly for me and only completed it earlier this month) a lot of people commented on how good the watch was/is. Videos were very informative although as a novice I had to slow them down to watch them- but were invaluable. Loved the experience in making the watch. Would buy again.
