Absolutely atrocious service from St George Bank. I’ve been bounced around from department to department for over an hour, with zero accountability and a constant stream of “there’s nothing I can do” responses. My funds are blocked, they refuse to update my contact details, and I’m stuck overseas with no access to my money. Their grand solution? “Go to a branch.” Really? That’s your big idea for someone NOT IN THE COUNTRY?The level of bureaucracy is absurd. Nobody takes ownership, wait times are ridiculous, and customer support feels more like customer deflection. St George, if you’re trying to lose customers, you’re doing an excellent job.
