Item still hasn’t been delivered.
It was supposed to be delivered on 09/04/2026.
However, I wasn’t in that day. The delivery company claimed that it had been delivered to my house and someone called ‘Colin’, signed for it. My name is ‘Colin’ but I didn’t sign for it because I wasn’t there.
When challenged to produce the signature, the delivery company then claimed that they had delivered it to a neighbour. They said the neighbour was at ‘67’. This isn’t a neighbour of ours but I did check with them. Their neighbour told me that the people at ‘67’ wasn’t at home on 09/04/2026.
The delivery company also added that when they say they have a signature for a delivery, that does not mean they have a physical signature. It just means that there system just records that they have a signature.
I have told this to the STIGA company. The latest I have heard from them is that they are looking in to it.
I have asked for a refund for this item. As of 19/04/2026, I still haven’t received my refund.
