Padel racket broke during normal play. The racket was their top product and only used a few months. It broke straight in the middle. They called it "user induced damage" and are not willing to replace or refund on that basis.
DO NOT buy this company's padel products. It will break and you will have to make your claim through the relevant authorities, which I aim to do as the only way to obtain remediation.
